Suit Suit Studio was initially brought on board by marketing manager Kathryn Bradley to design a new logo for the 2015 festival. When doing preliminary sketches for the logo, I settled on the idea of fashioning the coastline of Inverclyde into a musical instrument like a guitar. After a few rounds of drafts we settled on the logo above.
The next step was to produce pop-up banners, posters, flyers and digital assets to promote the festival. Examples of these are shown below.
